Factory and products

Vala Polymer Factory was established in Abbasabad Industrial Park during the peak of agricultural development and modern irrigation systems. Since its inception, we have produced various types of polyethylene pipes for the following uses:

– Irrigation and water supply

– Sewage and industrial transfers

– Gas supply and drip irrigation

In addition, various types of polyethylene connections are also offered, including high-pressure welding, electrofusion, screw, neofit, and sewage.

Achievements and certifications

In the last two decades, we have succeeded in obtaining Grade A certification from the Water and Soil Department of the Agricultural Jihad. We also hold an Acrotiyeh Laboratory in accordance with the requirements of the 17025 standard and 6 international standard certificates.

1. Supplying 1250 tons of polyethylene pipes and fittings for the foothill lands of the tropical system of Ilam Province (Client: Ministry of Agricultural Jihad).

2. Supplying 470 tons of pipes and fittings for the Jask Port project (Client: Jask Power Generation Company).

3. Supply of 750 tons of pipes and fittings for the raw water network (Client: Qom Municipality).

4. Implementation of pipelines and connections for the Bilehsavar pressurized irrigation network (Client: Ardabil Agricultural Jihad Organization).

5. Separation of drinking water from irrigation in Qom (Client: Qom Municipality’s Landscape, Urban Green Space and Television Organization).

6. Supply of 610 tons of polyethylene pipes (Client: Imam Khomeini Shrine Real Estate).

7. Wastewater management in Khuzestan (Client: Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters).

8. Supplying equipment for the Qeshm oil terminal (Client: Oil Industries Commissioning and Operation Company).

9. Export of 12 km of size 800 pipe to Basra – Iraq.

10. Export of 1,430 tons of pipes and fittings to Turkmenistan.
