Vala Plimernovin Manufacturing Industries was put into operation in 2015 in line with the realization of the macro policies of improvement and productivity in the country’s water industry. This company has established itself in the field of production of polyethylene pipes for irrigation and water supply, gas supply, sewage and industrial transmission. Using suitable equipment and experienced experts, with 5 production lines and an annual capacity of 17500 tons, it is able to produce all kinds of polyethylene pipes from 16 to 800 mm in pressure ranges from 2.5 to 32 atmospheres.
All production lines of Vala Polymer Novin Manufacturing Industries are equipped with advanced process quality control systems. Using the presence of experienced personnel of quality control units, this company has complete and comprehensive supervision over the quality of manufactured products from the first stages of production to the delivery of final products to the customer, within the framework of the quality plan of each of the manufactured products as well as the quality system.

Single-layer polyethylene pipe from size 20 to 800 mm with a nominal pressure of 2.5 to 32 bar in accordance with the national standard INSO 14427
Double-layer polyethylene pipe from size 315 mm to size 500 mm according to the national standard INSO 14427
16 mm size polyethylene pipe for irrigation and lateral water supply
Polyethylene pipe for gas supply purposes from size 25 to 225 mm according to IGS of Iran National Gas Company
Tape size 16 mm with thicknesses of 175 and 200 microns and watering intervals of 10-20-30 cm.
